| “Today, we are confronted with complex problems related to food security, a shortage of agricultural talent, an unbalance in supply & demand and environmental concerns.” When talking about the development of China’s Agriculture, Mr. Tim Hsu highlighted this to the audience at the Urban Agriculture Forum; during the 14TH International Investment and Global Sourcing Fair kicked off on May 18TH in Chongqing, China. “Fortunately, despite these challenges we’ve uncovered new opportunities, among which the Urban Agriculture we are talking about today is a new hope for both our agriculture and our city.” Mr. Hsu is currently the General Manager of CHIC AgriTech, which has for a long time played a pioneering role in China’s Urban Agriculture development. |

| The concept of Urban Agriculture, which is the process of cultivating, processing and distributing food in and around urban areas, was first initiated by some economists in the U.S. in the 1950’s. It can also encompass animal husbandry, aquaculture, agro-forestry and horticulture. | | | | Mr. Hsu discussed the benefiting facts related to Urban Agriculture including improved food production efficiency; increased food security and food safety; the promotion of energy-saving local food production and environmental benefit. The market-oriented production model also proves to be a win-win practice for both farmers and consumers. | | | | CHIC Group, the parent company of CHIC AgriTech, will invest more than RMB 11 billion yuan in the Integrated Rural Urbanization Project in Jiangjin District in Chongqing, according to Mr. Edward Zhu, the CEO of CHIC Group of companies. |

| CHIC Jiangjin Agricultural Park was designed by the world reknown design firm SWA Group. The park is also armed with high-quality agriculture and food techniques, including the introduction of new species, nursery management, food safety and security and environmental protection. “We aim to develop this agricultural park into an important and leading center of agricultural technology, information platform and agricultural factor market. It will be a paragon in China and even in the world.” said Mr. Zhu. |

| | | | | Mr. Tim Hsu also depicted an inspiring vision for Jiangjin Agricultural Park’s future: greenbelt per capita of 200 square meters, half of the green farm products being provided locally, new job opportunities and by 2020 GDP per capita of $10,000. “CHIC’s project fully respects the current conditions of the land, soil and people. We will introduce well-known agriculture universities and business schools into the park to help with the cultivation of talents in Jiangjin.” |

| Besides Mr. Hsu, other CHIC AgriTech’s senior management members were also present at the forum. Mr. Larry Allen Glashoff, who owns a farm in California, is familiar with the cultivation of walnuts, bramble berries, prunes, oranges, strawberries, rhubarb and beef cattle. He has also worked for many years in blue-chip nursery and horticulture companies. Mr. Rene Trevino Jr., is an operation and management expert on farming related projects, in particular citrus agriculture. Both Larry and Rene have relocated from the US to Jiangjin and are devoted to ensuring the success and prosperity of the Integrated Rural Urbanization Project in China. |
